This “site” is owned by IROCKBAGS.COM(“IROCKBAGS.COM”) Reviews and Comments
Except as otherwise provided elsewhere in this Agreement or on the site, anything that you submit or post to the site and/or provide IROCKBAGS.COM, including, without limitation, ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, "Submissions") is and will be treated as non-confidential and nonproprietary, and by submitting or posting, you agree to irrevocably license the entry and all IP rights related thereto (excluding the moral rights such as authorship right) to IROCKBAGS.COM without charge and IROCKBAGS.COM shall have the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from such Submissions by any means and in any form, and to translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions. All Submissions shall automatically become the sole and exclusive property of LightInTheBox.com and shall not be returned to you and you agree not to raise any dispute in connection with any use of the entry by IROCKBAGS.COM in the future.
You warrant that your Submissions, in whole or in part, are clear and free of any IP right infringement, disputes or third party claims. IROCKBAGS.COM assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright or any other rights of third parties by you. You undertake to defense for and indemnify the Sponsor against any losses caused due to the use of the entries for any purposes.
In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews to the site, you also grant IROCKBAGS.COM the right to use the name that you submit with any review, comment, or other Content, if any, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the reviews, comments, and other Content that you post on this site and that use of your reviews, comments, or other Content by IROCKBAGS.COM will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party. You shall not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise misleadIROCKBAGS.COMor third parties as to the origin of any Submissions or Content.IROCKBAGS.COM may, but shall not be obligated to remove or edit any Submissions (including comments or reviews) for any reason. Return Policy
Products with quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. IROCKBAGS.com will not responsible for any shipping fees incurred. Please be advised Wholesale and Bulk orders are non-refundable. Expedited shipping cost is non-refundable
Products (excluding Clearance items) with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees incurred.
Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return or exchange. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.Bulk orders are not returnable
IROCKBAGS.com guarantees its products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. Shoes are non-refundable items!

1. Shipping Cost- Free Shipping Worldwide
Expedited Shipping takes 3-4 days to arrive DHL. (We cannot ship to P.O BOX Expedited shipping)
2. Shipping Providers- USPS, EMS,DHL
3. Tracking Numbers- Are emailed once package has been shipped.
4. How do I estimate my delivery date- 7-10 days when item has been listed shipped in your account.
Processing time can take up to 2 days.
Shipping Delays do occur.. Please be advised if you need an order shipped fast please contact support before ordering.
5. Insurance on Shipping- All items are insured
6. Are there any additional fees involved in international shipping?- In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your destination country. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please note that we are unable to list items as a gift or write an amount lower than the actual product price on customs forms.

8. Why was I asked for a "CPF" number? (Brazilian customers)- Our customers in Brazil have informed us that for international shipments, all individuals are supposed to state their “CPF” number on invoices and companies are required to include a “CNPJ” number. Therefore, if you want us to ship your order to Brazil, please make sure to provide the correct "CPF" or "CNPJ" number so your package can smoothly clear Customs.
